ORAL PRESENTATION
Oral presenters will be given the opportunity of a 12-minute presentation (+3min questions and answer period) and are asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 10 slides (not including title, author, and disclosure slides).
PREPARE YOUR ORAL PRESENTATION
- Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of maximum 10 slides (not including title, author slides).
- Slides must be in 16:9 format.
- Please use the following template provided to assist with your presentation: STI HIV PowerPoint Template
- Speakers will need to provide their presentation on a USB stick to the speaker ready room no less than one hour before the start of their session.
poster PRESENTATION
Poster Presenters are asked to prepare and print their poster(s) for display at the Congress.
PREPARE YOUR POSTER
- You must print your poster and bring it with you to the Congress.
- Poster dimensions must not exceed 4’x4′.
- Push pins will be provided for you to affix your poster onto the poster board.
- The above abstract number is not your poster number. Your final poster number will be provided to you at a later date and will be placed at the top corner of the poster board by the Congress Secretariat.
- Your Poster must be in English.
Posters will be displayed from July 28 – July 30, 2025.
